I bought 60 plate Giulietta from a private seller and driving home noticed the rear wiper and start stop aren't working (other than that the car is mint).

I've had a search of the forums, but there seems to be a wide rage of reasons this might not work. So I wanted to ask if anyone had specifically had this issue and how they resolved it.

I'm pretty sure there's no connection between the two.

S/S should be easy to fix as your Search should discover.

However, I think the rear wiper could be rear hatch wiring loom related which is a bit trickier to fix.

I'd read one comment that said it could be due to low voltage from the battery as both are susceptible. I'll treat them as unrelated and see how I get on Ta :thumbup:

With low battery voltage I think there's a tendency to get lots of ECU errors (shown on the dash) when you start the car.
