Hi Guys,,

I know that like myself, others suffer with a rattle from below the passenger seat, sometimes I can temporarily cure it by moving the seat a little forward or back on the runners, but is there a more permanent-even-raj-could-do-it fix?

regards
raj

Mine rattles too when no-one's sat in it. I took it out of the car today (necessitated by re-wiring the stereo and amps) and various wooden and cardboard wedges fell out so I guess someone else had tried to quieten it down in the past. Couldn't find the source of the rattling - I suspect it's just 'clearances' around the runners. Put it all back in and it's just the same.

Cured the 'creaking' from the back set, though - took it out of the car :D

If you can identify the loose bits (where the paint wears, I guess) wrap some pvc tape round the tubes at that point.

Sorted ma's Uno that way.
