so after buying a new battery 2 years ago i only remembered to top up the water yesterday (and not every 6 months) so got a bottle and was doing it this morning, this morning got to the Alfa and nothing would not even turn it once hahahaha whaty luck
opened and one cell was quite dry filled, busy charging, should charge enough for me to start and get a new one and this only happened because a friend is using the Lada leaving me stranded hahahahahaha

The sad news is it sounds like the damage was already done. The good news: buy a service free battery. They are disposable these days. Lasts 4 to 5 years and anything extra is a bonus.

yes damage was done after charge it just just started the Alfa, got a service free for 652 for R910 a bargain, starts like a dream now just ecu reset to get all things running smoothly
