WHat's the original tyre profile on the 145 QV?
Is it 195/50/15?
My mind has gone blank, and I want to order a new pair for the back, as my MOT runs out end of Feb, and by then, I don't reckon they'll pass.
Also, I'm looking at ordering from mytyres at ....
wait a sec. It's 195/55/15 isn't it?
I know this, coz the price for 50s is far to cheap, and I'm not that lucky.
OK, I'm getting Vredestein Sportrac 2's (no arguments, ok?) if they're 50's it's £39.10 each, if they're 55's they're £60.70 each. Anyone know anyone who can beat that price?

what size did you put on last time?

i would go for 205/50/15

as then you will get a bit more gerth for your money, and i tihnk thay will be the sameish rolling distance as 195/55/15's

only i need to get two new ones on the front. so im getting toyo proxies 205/50/15 and there going on the back then my old ones are going up front so i can get new ones on there sooner. as i tihnk i have 4 different tyres on my car.

OK, if the 205's saved me money too, I might have considered trying them, but they were only £1 cheaper, so I'm sticking with the 195/55/15's.

BTW, I have now ordered the tyres, so anyone finding them cheaper elsewhere from now on will be met with a Paddington Bear Hard Stare.
Just so you know.

Ha! Nice try jim-bob, but I already knew that Toyo's were cheaper, but I'd specified Vreds, since I want the same rubber all round. Next time round I might go with the Toyo's.
