jb or if anyone else has done it ,if you remember iwas askin about coil packs last week i now own them but their for a 156 ive been given the other style connectors for the top of the packs and intend on cutting mine off and soldering and heatshrinking new ones on do you see any probs with this before i do it im gonna do it tommorrow if not , and by the way the topic "this is important " i take it its about 155.com disapearing soon if no money pops up as i cant load first page as too long and takes years.

i dont see a major problem with this idea just dont forget where you take the wires from.!! if your really really good you can remove the actual wiring pins from the socket,but soldering sounds fine. :)

cheers jb pins out of socket ,ill look into it havent had a chance yet with all this lovelly weather weve been getting up here and my mates garage being full of 2 type 2's and about 50 tyres to be scrapped . :D
