Finally i got time and connected my autometer turbo pressure meter. I connected it to the middle hose in the inlet manifold, and sure it does show me variations in the vacuum and pressure.

idle vacuum 12hg
1st gear: 5psi
2nd gear: 8psi
3rd gear: 8psi
4th gear: 8psi
5th gear: no evidence collected due to lack of fuel wink

8psi is not even 0.6bar which is supposed to be the "standard" boost that you get if you disconnect the turbo pressure regulator.

Is there anybody that knows the exact values, is the vacuum on idle right? If the vacuum at idle also is wrong, then i might want to connect it to another hose, right?
