My 156 has started pulling to one side under acceleration, I had this once before and it was the bottom wish bone bush, but I have replaced them all and it still has the same problem. Its been tracked and has new tie rods and track rod ends so I'm running out of things to replace.

I had this once. One strut had lost rebound damping so that side lifted higher than the other during acceleration, causing the car to pull to one side.

Just fixed the same problem, it was as simple as unusual tyre wear on the inside edge of the left wheel. I thought it was upper wishbones at first.
I rotated the rear tyres to the front as they were near new, and the car now behaves itself.
Seems in Veloce spec the 156 is very sensitive to tyre wear. My old lusso less so.

It has new tyres all round and the same brand as I have been using for the last 6 years so I don't think its that
