First logs of the project with 90mm3, after having done 12 tests to ensure that it did not have very high pressure peaks with the amount of diesel of 80 mm3, after that increase iq up to 90mm3
I am afraid that the advance is excessive,
afr I have put on 14.7 from 1900 to 5000 rpm.
I think my flowmeter is in poor condition
regards

New mod, increase RAIL pressure to 1650bar, SOI is too late, boost are low and i know that duration are too long (+- 50us), car have smoke after 3000rpm (afr 15, i will have 17 with more boost)

how i can calculate EOI correctly?

I have not increased turbo pressure because I do not know how to calculate EOI correctly, I am afraid that SOI is very early, I have deliberately delayed it,
thanks in advance

Here my calcs very similar to yours, so your AFR/EOI from theory is ok. Real EOI is dificult to know without professional utils. You can finetune durations (I prefer to calc short that long here because EGT, smoke etc).

Beautiful to see Unijet pump doing 1650 bar and 98 mm3. Anyway it seems high quantity, I would go from 96 to 90 mm3 now.

thanks ceecao for the file,

new updates, I broke the clutch, I did not slip, I had a smf with clutch of gta, I think the springs were broken, I did not skate, I directly broke, I left the cut at 4750 rpm similar to a gasoline I do not know if it was good idea (the springs surely suffered)
If someone is thinking of fitting a large turbo that is fixed on whether it is possible to remove that nut from the gearbox, next week after removing the gearbox, I will turn the turbo compressor so that it runs perpendicular to the radiator, above the turbo lung as have done in this post

Thanks for the cheering

photos of the broken clutch (99mm3 IQ)and the new dual-mass flywheel, on the left it looks like the turbo with the turbine rotated frees a lot of space, better access to the return of lubrication, we hope that endurance,

It has been a pleasure to lend a hand in the regulation of the vnt, to adjust SOI / EOI well for those 100 mm3 and above all to remove some limitations that you had in some maps. Now to enjoy that car that will be around 260cv comparing it with what you and I know.
Greetings.

I had problems with less rail pressure than the defendant, especially with an ambient temperature of more than 30 degrees.with less degrees of room temperature I have no error. With I wanted to test if the rail pressure regulator located on the pump was improving or was bad or that the pump is not capable of supplying 100mm3 to 1750 bar with diesel temperature above 40 degrees which is when the dtc occurs to me

I could not say exactly but I think the error is accentuated with little fuel in the tank. If I planned to install it on the return but it was easier to put it in the pipe that arrives from the tank and enters the body of the diesel filter. I have not done logs to check the results, now the ambient temperature is low and it would not be reliable to see the values.
