Looking for some help. Bought a KKL cable and downloaded the free version of FES
but I am unable to connect to the engine Ecu.
Message is : Check cable & settings.

The laptop uses windows 10, I have the cable set on com3 & lowest latency setting.

Any help would be appreciated

Do you have the latest drivers from the ftdi website

Unless these drivers are preloaded on the computer I would say no.
There was no mention of FTDI in the instructions
