Is it really possible to induce sleep by trying to imaginatively count dainty sheep
leaping over low fences ... not working here right now


someone must know a better way of nodding off ... and, no booze is too
obvious :)

When I suffer regular sleepless nights, I use Nytol for a few nights. It gets me back into a regular sleeping pattern.

Just to be clear...I don't make a habit of popping them, I've only used them on two occasions:thumbs:
