Hi all,

Sorry for not posting this in ICE as I suspect that it may be more Giulietta specific.

Bella has developed over the last few weeks extremely poor FM reception. AM is fine but I just cannot receive my normal stations and auto scan will not find them.

I have tried resetting and this made no difference.

Fortunately I have 2 weeks warranty left, so I think I'm going to go back to the garage but it's 60 miles away :irked:

Anything I could fix myself?

The arial base has failed. Common issue unfortunately.

It should be done under warrenty. If not the part is around £30 and takes a little over an hour to fit as you have to drop the whole headlining.

Thought as much.

I brought it used with a 12 month warranty and I've got until March 4th so I shall get it sorted with them. Apparently there's a diagnostic fee to be paid but I'd imagine it'll be a whole lot less than an hours laber+part &VAT

Turns out my warranty policy does not cover aerials

Now need to find someone who can fix it for as little labour as possible!

Should be a DIY job, should be at least a generic how to on youtube..
Save a few quid that way
