As a winter project I am trying to tidy up my GTV ready for sping. Problem is I get no more than 3 hrs each month of free time so despite the weather (uncomfortably below zero here in the UK) I was out in the garage T-cutting. I had to break the ice on the bucket of water to dampen by application cloth. That's dedication.
Next, clay bar, then start to apply Zaino polish.

Ice one – I mean nice one fants, that's dedication. Just before the snow of December there was a couple of sunny but cold days, so I washed, polished, waxed then used a 'detailing' spray on the GTV. It came up really well after all that effort... Not bad for a cold day in December, but not quite as impressive as doing it in in the current sub-zero temperatures though...

The job will not be finished for months, but I will try to spare time for photos when it is.

I also managed to break off my drivers door mirror yesterday. I had repaired it a few years ago, but perhaps the cold made the bond more brittle. Oh well, another job to add to the list.
