My advice is don't go near these scumbags.
I had a terrible experience with them & a brand new 156 Selespeed a few years ago. They didn't fix the problem (3 times) and damaged the car's interior and scratched and dented the exterior. They then tried to claim I'd damaged the car (!) which was 3 days old. All the faults were either not fixed or bodged. I only managed to get satisfaction by contacting the AR UK Customer Services Director who told the Dealer Principal to fix the car. Suddenly, after a month of it being with them it was returned to me.

Unfortunately I've now moved even closer to them and have just bought another Alfa (not from them). Any suggestions about where to take it? Does Autodelta do servicing?

I found similar with Perry's in Aylesbury on a couple of occasions. The main one which beggerd belief was the week after I picked up a used 166 V6 - check it for oil and there was only just oil on the dip stick.

I spoke to Perry's and was assured that the car had been given it's predelivery check etc - so it uses 5 litres of oil in a week? (about 200 miles that week)

Needless to say they were as much use as a one legged man at an ass kicking contest! - there response being basically tough!!

Thankfully the car was fine and at 69K i traded it in for a 147 JTD Multijet (middle aged mediocirty :D )- I miss that 166 - but now I've got a GT
