Was just about to change my right hand side parklight bulb, when it came off the plastik adapter holding it, and ended up on the inside of the reflektor!
How do i get the reflektor out? Have loosened some of top of the bumper, but the is not enough room to wiggle it out... Anyone done this?

You have to take the bumper off to get to the screws that would enable you to remove the light unit. It's not a big job, 4 screws along the top, 5 screws on the under tray, 4 screws each side under the wheel arch. You then pull the sides away from the wing (fender) until you see 5 clip holes, then pull the bumper off forwards. You can then take the light unit out and give it a shake  , you need access to the screw just to the right of the air box to remove the light unit. It will also give you an opportunity to grease up all the rusty screws and fixings that Alfa did not bother to protect in any way

Ok. Thanks for your reply! Not a 15 min job then... I had my bumper off on my 156 also. Next time I will let the garage change the bulb....
Why did they make it possible for the light to end up inside the reflektor....
