WHilst removing an old phone carkit , I disconnected the yellow cable that goes to the childseat/airbag disable switch in the passenger foot well.

Now I have a red airbag light on.

There is reams on here about resetting this light, most of which I read, but I still have a question please..
Will one of these leads (with Fiats Scan) deffo reset it on a P2?

I've read on here that it doesn't rest airbag light? or is that just in relation to P1 discussions

That will definitely 100% do it on a phase 2 car.

I have that exact cable and a copy of FES. Itll also connect to and erase codes from the engine ECU too.

Handy bit of kit.

I have used the same cable on ph2 spider with fiat ecu scan, its really easy to do having cleared mine and another persons GTV. To get to the connector you need to remove a panel on the right side of the steering column.

Used this cable this week, and now no airbag light
