p/no 156042582 What Alfa does it fit?

I took a flyer on a new Alfa Romeo badge at a car boot. On the back is stamped: 156042582. I've entered this into search engine and most hits come from Eastern Europe but I can't confirm what it actually fits!! Before I start removing existing badges, I'd like to know what models this part number fits. Fingers crossed either a 147 or 156 as have one of each on the drive. Many thanks in advance for your help.

It looks like that part number was replaced by 156048134. The replacement number fits 147 (2000- ), 156 ( 2001-2005 ) and the GT ( 2003- ).
