Most aftermarket wheels use push in spigot rings to adjust the centre bore. You can order up a set of the right size and then fit then in place of the current ones. It is rare that aftermarket wheels are machined to exact bore sizes as so many manufacturers use so many slight different sizes, the cost of a cast for each tiny difference, or the added machine work to cut the centre bore eats into profits.
I had a set of TSW rims that came from a Honda. A set of new spigot rings and a set of wobbly bolts worked a treat.
