Oil leak turbo - Intercooler Multi air

I discovered an oil leak on the turbo of my G Multi air.
Around the connecting intestine to the compressed air (I think), there is an oil leak.
Last month the car had the first annual maintenance (9700 mile), through the dipstick I can’t see any oil consumption.
The car is only 1 year old and my first turbocharged, but this does not seem normal? :depressed:
Would this be caused by the type of oil?
This is a Euro 6 engine, according to the maintenance manual one must use 0W30 Selenia C2 oil.
The (alfa) garage, however, used Selenia Star Energy 5w40 C3 (for Euro 5 engines)
I discovered this on the invoice.

Meanwhile, I've 17000 Miles
On the oil dipstick I see max 0.5 mm oil consumption (after 7.500 Miles)
However the "oil sweat" increased significantly.

Who recognize this fonomeen on their MultiAir??

According to the garage this is "normal" for a turbo engine, I find this quite early :bored:

Does it have any other symptoms? Is it otherwise normal? Might be wrong weight oil? Too much oil? Hot shut offs?

There is no way that oil "sweat" should be treated as "normal"..I would insist that the correct type of engine oil is used for your Euro 6 engine and not Selenia Star which I use but is for Euro 5 engines. Alfa specialist garages should automatically fill with oil as manufactures recommendations in Owners Manual. onder:

it's not oil sweat. It's the oil vapour recovery that feeds into the air tubing just before the turbo, and pools in thelowest parts of the system. On the diesels it runs the other way, through the maf into the air filter.

Hi, just wondering did you find out the cause of the oil leak? I discovered the same oil sweat deposits on my Giulietta 1.4.
