I've had a look and cant see anything already posted about this - sorry if its a known issue but I've done searches and cant locate anything!

I've had my mito since last August and only in the last couple of months I've noticed an intermittent noise when I change down gear, normally from 5th to 4th.

It's hard to describe the noise but it happens when I bring my foot up off the clutch and it sounds a bit like a groaning noise.


It only did it rarely to begin with but it seems to be getting more persistent.

Is this common? Or has anyone come across this before?

My mito is a 120 Veloce 65,000 on it 09 plate.

Thanks, I was hoping to have someone say "yeh, normal for mito's, don't worry about it!" dammit.. ££££££££

It's only happening in that one gear change though, would it not happen at every gear change or is that me being completely naive in the way that things work?
