Yup, its another new guy with a GTV and bucket loads of questions..

Basically Ive a GTV with a blown head gasket.......
And Im not sure as what to do, moved onto another car now as I had no time with work to be without a means of transport

So Im a bit stuck with what to do should I pay for the repairs or sell on?
I'd love another Alfa but with getting the GTV repaired and effort of selling it nowdays would mean even longer with out one.. Im leaning towards selling the GTV as is but im terribly not sure what I'd get for it..
..Its a 01 Reg GTV 2.0 Petrol Silver Has the larger grill (http://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/gallery/showimage.php?i=25549&c=543 not mine but an example) and Original Boot Spoiler no modifactions as far as I know so it is original

I hope someone can come along and talk me out of selling the Alfa but I suppose what Im really looking for is what price I should be looking at if to sell it if I do decide on selling

If it has that grille then either it has been modified, or it's not an '01! That's the phase 3 grille, which also accompanied a revised interior (seats, centre console) and different wheel options. Those were introduced late 2003 and are much rarer - are you sure it's not on a private plate?

Oh, and also the phase 3 had the 2.0JTS instead of the twin spark. If yours is a ph3 it'll command a higher price.
