Hi, earlier I purchased a policy with Adrian Flux, as they seemed the most competitive; I had to cancel my current policy with Swiftcover (cheap but nasty), so for tonight I am not insured (and I so fancied a ride to Manchester on the M56, nevermind).
Now the nice AF chap on the phone promised that he'd send an email straight away as proof of the policy starting tomorrow morning but he hasn't :mad:
The office is closed now, and I'm worried if something weren't wrong and I'm not insured tomorrow? I need to drive to work :rant:
The AF insurance expert here (sorry don't remember your name) can help at all?

Hi sorry to hear of your troubles have you had your email yet?
If not can you please give me your client ref and some contact details so i can see what has happened and get it soerted out for you as soon as i can,

thanks for your original quote ref were you given a new one when you accepted the quote as my system is playing up this morning!!!
can you please if possible email me your name and contact details so i can run it through the system a different way and hopefully get to the bottom of the problem can you also include your email address to make sure it matches the one we have which could possible be the problem.

Looks like these computers are playing up this morning!
just your name and postcode will be ok for me to do a through search and understand what is happening or you can call the team up which ever is easiest for you.
