Hi guys,

Last week picked up a 2001 156 1.8 for a bargain price, first Alfa I’ve had after a long line of VGAs. I've just had the cambelt done by C.W Lear and it will now hopefully give me some fun over the next few years!

One question I've got is how do you guys mount your TomTom/Sat Navs/Mobile Phones in the car? I normally use a vent mount for my TomTom but the ones I have dont fit the strange shape vents in the 156. I don’t like putting it on the windscreen so need to mount it so where else. Any ideas?

Also, I've only got one key that’s a bit tatty, does anyone repair them?

Thanks
Matt

Same here, my garmin is just sucker mounted to the windscreen.

I was considering something more permanent but decided against it a few reasons: I don't use it much, I don't want holes in my dash and as an iPhone owner I may get the TomTom car kit and App then flog my Garmin.
