Hello all.

I have an 02 plate 147 that I picked up yesterday.

On the way home the passenger side window fell off its mechanism. :cheese: The motor still works fine, but I need to get it fixed. Is it easy? Can I do this myself. Anyway I've managed to secure it fully closed for the time being.

Also there seems to be small leak in the window washers hose as the pipe leaves the top of engine bay. Easy fix?

I need to get the linkage regreased as sometimes the gear stick won't centre.

Other than that, she's a nice little car.

147 Lusso.
3 door. Rosso Red with black Leather. 53K on the clock.

Full ARSH.

:) :sirs:

OA ... have I missed your "announcement" thread for your new 147? What engine is it? Are you going to "GTA" the lights? Where did you buy it from? What other plans have you got for it????

(apart from getting it working ... oh course)

Full CSC exhaust system with when EBspares get another manifold in stock

GTA the Lights. New front bumper... lower it/Koni FSD :)

New alloys... probably...

Remap.

Needs a new variator at the moment though.

Ferodo DS2500 pads on the front. :)

It must feel really quite average after the GTA ... or is it a fun little car (Just like the fiat punto Adie gives me when my car is in for servicing ...)

Well it's ok. I'm going to make it quicker though...

I also want to lower it, as I feel far too high up!

It's all about getting Alfas for just over 2 grand :p

Going to take some getting used to imagining you with a 147 Joe - does it not feel quite small after 2 156s??

Leather looks very nice but I'm not too keen on those wheels tbh - think maybe some nice multispokes would suit it nicely...

To be honest in the front there is more room than a 156.

In the back though

Ooooh Sneaky switch!

Probably where it gets trapped under the bonnet.
Just tape it up with self-amalgamating repair tape
and move it out the way. (Or splice it with a connector.)
