If the display continually shows "WAIT" then the unit may be codelocked and will need to be left switched on up for up to two hours to reset before another code entry attempt is possible.
Code Entry as Follows:

Switch Radio On - Display Shows
" CODE " then " - - - - "
Enter CODE in the order it is read - eg:
For Example, To Enter Code 1234
Press Preset 1 then 2 then 3 then 4
The Code will Enter Itself Automatically

Ok I'll give it a go but wait prompt stays on fo around 1 minute then goes back to code, I'll try that tomorrow and thanks again

If this does not happen, the worst option remains! In the past the radio was decoded and the original code was changed!

Hi griff,
There will be one more number on the sticker or stamped into the chassis of the radio. It will look something like: BP*378****

Post that number here and the code will be yours as soon as i next login :thumbs:

Only for 147,156 and GT factory fitted Blaupunkt radios.. POST 2001.

Then enter your serial number ... starting BP
