Keep it dude:eek:
I will if it doesn't sell on this auction. I like to chop and change quite a lot, I will probably buy another one in the future but the Fiat coupe I want is cheaper, quicker, slightly more economic and bigger in the back so I want to give that a go :)

Is it a Phase 2? The eBay listing says Phase 1.

The silvery centre console trim, chrome nostril surround and longer badges make it look like a Phase 2 to me.
You know what I think you may be right. The guy told me it was a phase 1 when I bought it and to be honest I didn't bother checking :wow:

Throttle cable?

As most cosmetic things can be changed 'easily' to turn a P1 into a P2 (but the silver centre dash being the hardest) check if you've got a throttle cable, if not then it's a P2. I doubt anyone would bother to change this, it would be easier & cheaper to buy another car.

That is definitely a PH2 mate.

Good luck with the auction. Mine is also currently on ebay, but it is definitely a buyers market at the moment, so not sure how much I/we will get for them.

Oh well that's my ignorance for you :tut:

I already have 1 bid so I couldn't change the ad title or main content, so I had to add a comment at the bottom mentioning it's actually a PH2. Stupid ebay and stupid me :(

I'm happy to settle for a little lower than asking price, as that will get my my fiat coupe and a nice wad of cash to pay off my insurance for the rest of the year.

Good luck :)

Well if someone messages me and says they're a US marine on a ship, and they're buying it for their son and will supply their own escrow - then I'm more than happy to use paypal

I've sold loads of things for cash on ebay, not letting paypal touch my money the robbing backstards.

Someone just messaged me on ebay saying I'm asking for over twice as much as the market value. Apparently he fixes and sells GTV for a living and struggles to get 1100 for a V6. What a load of rubbish, either he's lying or his cars are absolute carp.

Thats a load of cobblers. V6's in driveable nick go from £1400 upwards. I havent seen anything for less than that. I can't see if your timing belt has been done looking at your auction ad. If it hasn't then I would think you may have to settle for under £2000 for your car. That said you never can tell. This week might be your lucky week when two people wanting your exact car are browsing eBay......
