After lots of work on the suspension & steering together with attending to some oil leaks & fitting a new throttle cable:D

Stuck with standard springs & bushes, had the steering idler rebuilt & new Koni adjustable shocks alround (only because new standard ones are hard to find over here).

I thought it rode & handled well before but was aware it sat low at the front & the steering was a tad sloppy but my man Dave reckons it's been transformed.

Roll on Saturday & our Mille Miglia trip in May:cool:

Very nice to get it finished, congratulations.
Now go on and enjoy it, you sure deserve it.
Will we get a report on that Mille Miglia trip?

Congrats on all the work.

If memory serves, you have a 1991 model.

Did it come with cable vs. throttle linkage or did you have it converted?

If it is a 1991 and it came with cable, can you tell me the month of production?

My '91 was produced May '91 and has throttle linkage.

Thank you,

Vin

Thanks Vin. It was registered in August 1990 @ has the AR approved Seaking RHD conversion.

The cable is off a MK 1 Ford Capri:lol: It has complex linkages under the bonnet though.

It's been transformed. Ride is now level, ride quality is fantastic, the steering is as crisp as Walkers, the handling great & the throttle pedal is as smooth as silk:inlove:

Bloody expensive but really worth it:thumbs:
