Hi!'
A quick question, I have a 156 V6 2002 model (new interior)
When I turn the key to MAR, the light shaped as an engine does not light up...at all.
(I have an issue with my ECU, this is why I am asking)
I had the speedometer apart today, and these small lights are soldered onto the board beneath. LED ligths i presume.
Can these fail and cause other problems?
Any ideas?
How does your lights behave? Do they light up and then go away or what?

Thanks,

If they are small and square (1mm-6mm) then yes the are LED's and they do sometimes fail. I would expect the light to come on when you originally turn the key as mine does ( but i've got a diesel so could be different). If you have the user manual to hand it will tell you in there how long its supposed to stay on for when you turn the key.

Hi
Could someone who have a 2002-2004 156 V6 (facelifted interior) check their engine shaped light and let me know if it lits and then goes away when the key is turned? Or if it remains dark...
I only have a french manual and my french level is lower than my goldfish's swedish knowledge...
Thanks,
