Hi Peeps, (My first post!)

Im looking at purchasing a Mito QV and have finally convinced the missus its a good idea. Only thing is Im looking to get a picture of the interior, in particular what are the Alacantra seats like? The pictures online that Ive found so far have either got the leather seats in them, or are fuzzy as hell.

Do you any of you lucky QV owners have any interior pics youd be willing to share?

Thanks in advance.

Quick google search found this up hope its what you are after:
These are the optional carbon fibre Sabelt bucket seats which cost £2000  The only picture I've seen so far is on Alfa's car configurator. I don't think any of the new spec cars will be in the UK yet as they've only just been made available to order. I've just ordered a QV myself and went for the Frau leather as I didn't fancy the Alcantara - picking it up in 2 weeks and can't wait

thanks for your replies guys. I definitely won't be getting the Sabelt seats! I might have to either raid the piggy bank a bit more and go for the frau leather, or take a gamble on the standard ones.

Hope those two weeks go quick for you smurfy! Im almost definitely ordering mine this weekend (assuming I don't get called in for overtime at work *grumble**grumble*).

I have also just ( today ) a new QV and have had much discussion with dealer/s regarding the interior.
The Sabelt seating and the standard Alcantara seating has GREEN stitching ... RED stitching is a £ 100 option.
The frau Leather option has black or dk grey( from memory ) stitching.
With either of the above options the Steering Wheel , Gearlever gaitor and Handbrake cover also have GREEN stitching . Black stitching is not available .
I have ordered the frau. Leather option in black and my dealer is having his car trimmer come to the showroom to dye the stitching black to match the leather interior. ( F.O.C. ).
My new Mito QV should arrive at the end of November as it will be factory built to my spec.

If you access the Alfa Italian website car configurator you can see the frau Leather interior and the green stitching etc .... although the text is in " italian " it follows the same format as the UK configurator.

Cheers

Nice one BBZ :)

Ensate - it may be worthwhile asking local dealers if they have any stock of the Series 0 Cloverleaf. I didn't like the idea of the green stitching etc. and although I think the 18" Turbine wheels look great I wanted the little bit of extra comfort from the 17"'s. As luck would have it our local dealer had just what we wanted in stock and they gave us a fantastic deal cos they wanted it out of the showroom so that they could get the new spec in. Good luck, hope you get what you're after.

Find this quite amusing - all the fun I went through over getting a series 0 MY2011 QV when I thought I was getting a series 1 and now you guys are talking the other way around!

Rest assured whatever QV you end up driving you will be more than satisfied! Good luck!

Also, the more info Ive got, the higher the Girl Friend acceptance factor goes up :cheese:

Nope, the current car isn't a facelift, it's just been tweaked in order to shift more units. The 'facelift' was always intended for 2012. I'm guessing that March will be the release date (that's the new reg...could be later in the year, though).

Whether or not they'll change much is yet to be seen, but I should imagine there will be a few interior and exterior design tweaks (re-shaped panels, headlights, etc...possibly).

well. To be honest, my main motivation is the way it drives. As long as they don't suddenly increase the BHP in the engine, for the same price point, the "facelift" doesn't worry me. There is always a new model of something round the corner to put you off buying now.

I was also never particularly sold on some of Alfa's facelifts on other models. The 147 one for instance.....

There are no dates for any Alfa facelifts at present.

According the "Frankfurt Auto Investor Conference" document released yesterday it's 2013 at the earliest for the Mito facelift now.

Qv Interior

I have just been informed by my Dealer that Frau Leather is NOT available from the factory on the New MY2011 QV . Only the standard Alcantara with green or red stitching can be ordered . The only other option is the Sabalt seating .
Even though Frau leather is listed as a cost option in the current price list ( July 2011 ) but missing from the Uk Alfa Mito car configurator.

My dealer has therefore ordered the car NUDE ( I presume ) and will trim in Frau Leather to my choice when it reaches the Uk in late october / beg November. All at no extra cost to the Frau leather option as detailed in the current price list.

This means I will have a full leather option interior with black stitching .

Full marks to my Dealer .
