So the Mito has poorly badges. I've had some from car passion turn up. Is it really a case of piercing the badges and gently lifting the emblems off or is that a myth ??

The front badge has a screw (hex head i think) fixing securing it, plus double sided form tape, to access it, either bumper off, or use your fingers to "feel" around. Rear badge simply pry off with either fishing line or flat head screw driver as its stuck on.

I would use a hair dryer just to warm the glue underneath up and like said above flat head screw driver or fishing line

I changed mine recently to black a white badges to match the car.

there is no screw holding it on, it was a case of warming up with a dryer to help then pierce and ease off , remove any acess glue and replace , same with rear one.

mines a 2010 model if it helps...

Managed the back very easy didn't bother with the front seems too much effort. Much happier with the rear now

Front on a 2009 mito certainly has a screw from the back! Pain in the arse!
