I don't know this car but it looks very good. From the pics the interior looks very nicely done - often a weakness on kit cars. Well worth the money it is currently going for.
The looks divide opinion but the driving experience of a well set up one is everything you would expect from a Sud based car (only more so!)
Cheers,
Mark

know you do some track work with yours mark, do they make a good track day weapon?

could it be easily converted to take the 16V engine?

Yes, the 16v engine is a sraight fit. The conversion would be the same as in a Sud or 33 but with much more room to work in the engine bay. The front end is all one GRP moulding and comes off for mechanical work easily.
I use my (16v powered) Minari RS for a couple trackdays each year. It holds it's own with most everyday stuff. My best time around the Nurburgring is 9 mins 22 seconds. Not super quick like a Nissan GTR but it is decent enough (and 40 seconds faster than Clarkson managed in a big engined Jag!).
Minaris aren't perfect but they are a lot of fun!

Mark

Sputnik - bad luck with the bid. I saw John Hammond from the Minari club yesterday and he mentioned you had been enquiring about one.

Kickstart68 - are you a member of the Minari Owners Register. If not, there may be help and advice there which you can draw on to get your kit finished.

Cheers,
Mark
