Hi, still looking for a Giulietta, I have seen one advertised which is Milano Red but can't find this colour in Alfa brochures etc?? Is this the 8C Red or Alfa Red? It Looks like a darker red to a couple I have seen but not as dark as the burgundy type red.

Would need to see a photo for a better idea, but alfa red is darker than 8c red I believe. Personally I love Alfa red, especially on a Giulietta. I swore never to drive a red car, but this colour changed my mind!!

Milano Red is a Honda colour!

There have been 3 Giulietta reds IIRC. Lightest is 8C Red, a three coat mica, then Alfa Red, a gloss, then Rosso Metallizzato, a darker burgundy metallic red.

The metallc in question was known as Alfa Red metallic and was apparently Fiat Maranello Red. It was discontinued as it was replaced by cobalto blue itself a replacement for a colour that proved a bit dark in countries where it's not so sunny.

I wouldn't say it was that dark, especially compared to the old Proteo red.
