My Undertray is dropping to bits is there a metal/more durable replacement available or will I have to have one made? and if so what materials do you suggest?

Not heard of any replacements except the origonal. The tray on my twinny started to sag in the middle a few years back so I screwed a 300mm of small aluminium angle to the front. Worked a treat :D ...until the G/F ripped it off completely!!!

Fabricating another out of something more durable would be good but probably expensive but the OE cost is high too :(

My car hasn't got an undertray but I clout the bottom of it often enough for me to consider making one (sump guard) out of 6mm ally plate.

Problem is I can't find any 6mm ally plate. As soon as I do I'll let you know how making one goes.

What about Titanium, then you can leave a shower of sparks in your wake after bottoming the car
