I swear, that before I croak, I'm going to make it to an Alfa meeting (official or not) on mainland Europe. Where exactly I don't really care.
As for a U.K. meeting, is there really any point in mentioning it?

Besids the fear of crossing (slightly

) open water, it seems to be impossible for our British members to get together without whining and complaining: it's too far north, it's too far south, it's in the middle of the week, it's on the weekend when I have to take my kiddies to gym class, etc.

:cheese:
I'd be happy to host an AO meeting here, although the Alfa count might be a bit on the low side.
I also think it would have been nice for some of our Asia-Pacific members to have the option of hosting a get-together too.
