I nearly spat my drink out when I saw that first dish. I thought it was going to be about this years programme.:cheese:

That made me :cheese:
and I'm a big Masterchef fan :D

How about a nice buttery biscuit base

A brilliant piece of work by Swedemason.. I downloaded it from itunes!

My missus sent a tweet to Greg Wallace that he needed to say it in this series, he actually replied, but said they would just edit it out.

Totally agree! My favourite so far is young Clare.
My favorite is the big Army Chef Shaun, when you think of the raw ingredients he's had to work with since joining the army as a kid of 18 and what he's producing now with decent ingredients.

Put him in the pro kitchen let him follow orders and learn High dining

A dark horse there, I think he'll go far.

BTW I didn't know you were a fan of masterchef Joe :)

I liked the guy a few series ago who covered his fish in smoke, very inventive, he deserved to win

Massive fan mate :)

Last series was great with Tim the Canadian. I said to my missus that he would win it from the start! Incredible guy.

Shaun is very good indeed! Think he said tonight he joined at 16!!!

No comment - due largely to you littering my AO license with points. :)
You received a warning last month no points, so you have a clean licence. ;)

I thought I'd heard that, he must have joined as a cadet.

I think some of the tests Monika puts them through on day one is a bit harsh
That said they are all supposed to be professionals and watching the prep test
pidgeon last night and the sea bass tonight, if I was Pro I'd hang my head in shame.
