Hope I have done this correctly.

2011 Black Giulietta QV, I recently purchased the vehicle swirls and all:)

Given it was a new to me car I wanted to get a good base to start with, as such the process was;

2 Bucket wash
Clay bar
One pass with Menzerna IP2000
One pass with Menzerna SF4000
Wipe with clay bar lubricant to remove leftover polish residue
One pass with Lime Prime
3 coats of Dodo Juice Black Window Wax

Interior has so far only had a vacuum, wipe over with Armour All and cleaned the glass. Will be giving the leather a full treatment with Leatherique products in the next few weeks.

Sorry no before shots as I was wanting to get it done in a single day however the beading is amazing as is the depth of colour & reflection.

Does need some more correction, my Menzerna products are about 4 years old so probably need new ones to get the best result.

All cleaned up for her meet with Queen Liz

Gave the Brera a good clean up for her photo shoot with HMS Queen Elizabeth:UK:

First job done was to clean the wheels with water and washing up liquid ( Lemon Fairy ) then rinsed off all over.
Hand washed bodywork all over with Auto Glym Shampoo then rinsed and dried. Next up was a coat of Poorboys World Black Hole to the paintwork and then the glass was cleaned inside and out with Auto Glym glass polish. Next stage of the clean for her big photo shoot was a coat of wax to the paintwork and alloys, this was Poorboys World Nattys Paste Wax.
In to the garage over night and the next morning it was a quick vacuum out for the inside and a final coat of Auto Glym Extra Gloss Protection to the paintwork and she was ready for her meet with the Big Queen. :UK:

Does flicking the snow off it count as 'detailing'
Are you using a detailing brush

The answer regardless is NO

After a nasty winter, Hot water soak down and rinse, brand new 45p sponge and a bucket of wash and wax filled with more hot water, quick dry down with a farecla polishing cloth, scrubs up well for a 20 year old beast, admittedly was resprayed 7 years ago which was probably a better job than Alfa did, but I think she looks good

I just bought this February 2012 registered 159 1750 TI with 21k on the clock. Car was in very good condition bar a few minor scratches and faded areas in the paintwork.

So wash, de-tar, touch up some stonechips, machine polish then Autoglym Ulitra HD wax has made a difference.
