My recently-purchased 3.0 v6 gaskets are leaking, so have the car up on ramps & believed I'd got all the bits. I took one of the existing gaskets to a motor factor & got a pair to match.
Then discovered on fitting that they are much smaller diameter than required....as the one that came off obviously was....:irked:
They are approx 55mm bore, - maybe 2.25", which is pretty close.
Someone's told me that a Ford Zetec engine's can fit with a little fiddling, but I don't know which car/year....anyone know of another car-type that will fit?
I'd like to try to get them today if possible.
