Hi,

I saw an engine for Saab, which has, twinturbo, And all other parts are the same with our 1.9jtdm? Is it possible to just buy the exhaust manifold with two turbos. I have a garage can fit the others, but are the other parts same? Do you know anything about it. I want it for 1000-2500 rpm torque & lowering the lag.

Fiat Powertrain Technologies released information about new twin stage turbo (twin turbo) version of this engine in summer 2007, engine is available with two power levels, first one is producing 180 PS (132 kW; 178 hp) and second one 190 PS (140 kW; 187 hp), both have a maximum torque output of 400 N·m (295 lb·ft) at 2000 rpm. 180 PS version production started summer 2007. The engine weighs approximately 185 kilograms (410 lb). This engine will be sold both to Fiat Group Automobiles and other brands, but the 190 PS (140 kW; 187 hp) version is reserved only to Fiat Group Automobiles.[9]

Best of luck fitting that lot in the front of a 159, you will have an issue with the waste gate, on the neo bros pic it looks like those turbos use the old poppet valve bypass wastes gate to regulate the boost level which work on pressure.
The standard 159 uses a vnt turbo which works on vacuum controlled by the ecu.

Wouldnt you be better just going for a well set custom remap..?

I thought the same, because I saw the torque graphs for the engine. After 1000 rpm, torque rapidly raises, and stays for a long time. Also F40 is 2.4JTDM gearbox right?
