ive got a pair of TRW arms and a pair of lesfojors springs to throw at the 159 at some point.
Autocasa are asking a shade too much for my liking for me to justify letting them do it, considering the price of arms and springs (i will be letting them do the tracking though)
Autodata says to R&I the lower arms and R&I struts should be around 3.5/4hrs. With spring swap i guess id be looking at around 5hrs all in. With all due respect to you lot i 'aint a n00b' at wielding spanners. i am a n00b at alfas though, i've never worked on these twin wishbone setups before and whilst i understand how it all hangs together is there any tips you guys can give?
eLEARN says i have to pull the hub assembly along with the driveshafts :depressed:
are they able to move far enough out of the way without pulling the driveshafts from the box or disconnecting the top wishbones?
is there enough room to drop the strut down once lower wishbone is removed, through the upper wishbone?
any advice appreciated.
