My 1974 2.0l GTV reads only 30 psi when driving.

Should I be worried.

If so what should I do about it?

replace the oil pressure sender might be an idea, just to give you peace of mind. They do fail.

And if that don't change the presure reading, have the presure check with a work shop mecanical one that scrues into the hole. Alfa gauges of that age aren't known for their presision.
If still same result, crank bearings or oilpump renew, it a different kind of money
