Hi all..low oil pressure light came on other day whilst about to set off from traffic lights in my 147 1.6 T Spark..looking back I'm thinking that I nearly stalled it.It went out after about 2 seconds..oil was fully topped up day before,no overheating and no nasty noises..hasnt come on again since.Is it because I nearly stalled or should I have the switch changed..and where is the switch..might give it a clean or may replace...any advice would be appreciated..thanks

If you stall (or nearly) you will get that warning. If you continue to get the warning when driving normally then get it looked at.
The oil pressure switch is on the back of the engine block.

Thanks for that..it was just that I'd never had a car that showed a low oil pressure light because I nearly stalled..got me a bit worried...thanks for the info mate..
