I need assistance, yesterday my 147 lost all gears. gearlever feels very loose

Gear linkage went somewhere, possibly, or the plastic ring that sits around the gear lever may have broken up into pieces.

Without more info it's very hard to tell.

That plastic ring seems fine, will get under the car today to see if i can pick up the problem, thanks for the reply.

A ball joint has popped off the linkage on the top of the gearbox. Common problem. If you can't get it to re-attach securely then you may need new selector cables.

As suggested, the cable linkage dislodged, this was a quick repair and im driving my 147 again.
