Hi,

I have a 156 Sportwagon and am wanting to have a towbar fitted. I got some quotes yesterday and detachable ones are around £200 more than fixed ones!

Can any 156SW owners with fixed towbars show some piccies of them so I can get a feel for how it will look.

When milady gets back with the wagon I'll take a picture of ours, which is a Witter, I think.....technically I think your car should legally have a detatchable one - can't remember just when the law changed,,,,but I've never heard of anyone having a problem....although I understand that towbars and their wiring will be part of the MOT soon, so that may change.
