driveshaft CV joint.
You cant buy them seperately, only as part of a whole shaft, around £150 exchange from alfa (from memory) Easy enough to fit if your handy.

Mine has just started this nonsense - a passenger pointed it out only yesterday. Car has done under 25k miles too...

Nice to have an instant diagnosis! Thank you

Our GT is clicking under acceleration again. Not all the time. Defo feels like it's coming from the drivers side wheel.

Nothing obvious when turning like you'd expect.

Did anyone do an outer replacement & did it cure the issues?

Cheers,

Yep cv - reco from alfa with inner and outer with driveshaft needed

Had both go within 20k of each other.

Cold weather seems to kill them off

Does it when speeding up & slowing down now. Not loud just clicking quietly in the background:(
