So - a few days ago I got one of those letters from Royal mail stating that someone had not applied the correct postage to a letter addressed to me. I duly paid the postage plus a pound charge on the Royal Mail website.

The letter finally arrived today - it was the statement for my Alfa PCH - no stamp or franking mark!

Have things really got that bad?? :lol:
