For ABS there are few small differences:

1. Pin 7 needs ot be connected to pin 1

Using a paper-clip or 'earth' wire bridge out from 7 to 1 for ABS:

Sorry I don't know how to connect to the ABS of a 3-pinned GTV.

open the interface itself & solder a wire form pin 7 to pin 3.

black wire is 3, count 4 upwards is 7.

Normally the a red wire soldered to 7 but on my interface red goes to the switch common & then the N/c goes to 3 for AIRBAG & the n/o goes to 1 for ABS

 

My interface doesn´t have a pin 1, is it a problem?

 

pin 1 is for ABS, you may never need it

pin 3 is for the Airbag ecu .... does it have that?

Not not there might be a spare in another part of the connector that not sbeen used OR you could find a similar sized object, heat it & force it into the connector.

Actually I need to reset the ABS light, thats why I need pin 1. There is no pin, just a hole. Then I have almost all pins from 3 to 9 and 10-16

ME3.1 is the engine ecu, not airbag

 

as you look at the cars conector the layout is:

top LHS
1--2--3--4--5--6--7--8
9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16
Bottom LHS

keep this in mind when looking at the connector.

I've used my 2 interfaces in a Doblo-JTD, same diag port as in your 147 with any issues.

Kwp71 only goes as far as Com 8..... make sure to select Com POrt 1st

Did you OPEN PORT?

Did you select the correct options [ KWP81 & 0x00 ]

Did you Start Comms

Draco13, maybe your car falls into the same category:

The newer ABS ECUs (in e.g. 147) already use kwp2000, so
UniDiagKWP2000 can be used.

Here are some faultcodes for the ABS:

0x5200 FRH speed sensor, wiring error
0x5201 Front RH wheel speed sensor
0x5205 FLH speed sensor, wiring error
0x5206 Front LH wheel speed sensor
0x5210 RRH speed sensor, wiring error
0x5211 Rear RH wheel speed sensor
0x5215 RLH speed sensor, wiring error
0x5216 Rear LH wheel speed sensor

 

You are right on this, I checked the car and it uses KWP2000. Is that good or bad? I´m lost, sorry.

I think I may have a problem with the interface, I took pin 10 away and solder it to pin 1 but still cant connect.
I´m using the blue interface because I think the black one that came with my ELM327 doesn´t work with alfas
Do you think I should by another interface?

 

did you connect a wire form 7 to 1 also?

if not you need to do this as the default communication/wiring only goes to 7

 

who was it htat connected using KWp2000?

maybe YOU Draco13 can start a threa dhow to use KWP2000 with abs

 

you need to download the latest KWP2000 0-4-0-3

in that is the 'bosch' def file
