I'm not one for straying from 'standard' on cars. I've reinstated the red lettering as it was fading, and I've cleaned up what can be reasonably accessed, but that's it.

However.....what you have done is probably what I'd go for if I ever changed my mind....it's absolutely on the right side of classy/subtle:thumbs:

A great job:D

I reserve the judgement till I see them fitted, but I like the looks of the parts as they are very much. Maybe a little chrome bling style, but probably not too much. Good job

However, keeping the engine clean will be a challenge :)

Anything looks better than the usual oxidised plenum, cam covers and fuel rails! Can't wait to see what you get powder coated next, good to see so many GTA owners really looking after their cars.

Cheers,

I have also just cleaned (used a wire brush which just took some of the oxidisation off) and redone my lettering in red, but yours looks great, maybe a bit shiny but I'm sure once fitted it will look right.

Did you source all the bits and refurb them or are they the originals?

Got them in a bulk buy with loads of gta bits, they were in great condition before I got them powder coated. They do look great up close so cant wait to get them on!
Mind you whoever beat me to the chrome air downpipe on ebay last week has ruined the full engine chrome effect. Own up whoever you are!

That guy keeps listing them on eBay regulary, no need to be worried if you missed one.
Problems is they are thicker than OEM pipe and some fiffling is required.

PS. The parts look nice, especially fuel rails.

Unfortunately no, last I've seen them on eBay was about one month ago. I bought mine 2 years ago and since then I kept seeing them relisted every now and then.
