Oooh, am rather fond of a mince pie and brandy butter :inlove: Puzzling thing is, I don't actually like currants/sultanas etc!
I'm not a fan of them on their own either....odd:confused:

We don't do shop bought, Jan homebakes em and she's not making any till Thursday :cry:
Do you have 2 kitchens in the HM house?

Either you have 2 kitchens or Mrs HM is one in a million women who allow someone else to cook in their kitchen at the same time as them..........:thumbs:

No we have one Kitchen :D

and I will be doing the paté prep while Jan is making the mince pies :D

it's all in the logistics ;)

pastry and mincemeat prepared tonight, assembly and bake tomorrow
while the pies are baking I'll be preparing the paté and putting it to the loaf tin :)

Pies come out cooked and glazed, the oven is warmed, so the Paté goes in the oven :thumbs:
