Time to vote to pick the winner

Just a reminder, as with the AO COTY competition this is a fun competition but at the same time members have taken the time & effort to clean their cars, take pics & post them, so similar rules apply.

So please no vote rigging, organised campaigns, use of additional or multiple accounts, coercion, promoting membership for voting purposes or any other method to increase votes for one entrant, against the spirit of the competition.

Members encouraging others to vote for their car will be disqualified, members encouraging others to vote for other entrants may result in that entry being disqualified, so again vote for whichever entry you think deserves to win & let everyone else do the same.

Full list of rules here http://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/car-detailing/745785-monthly-detailing-competition-rules.html

1. ChrisH77 - Red 159

Am I really the first this month? But then the weather hasn't been encouraging - always a shower to dirty it again. But the sun's going to shine for a few weeks now, so here goes...

Finally fed up with the chips, so put it in to my friendly local body repairs to respray just the front bumper. Came back with the bumper looking good, but the rest of the car merely clean (mostly) but not shiny. So set to to give it a wash, dry, AG Super Resin Polish, AG Extra Gloss Protection, Alloy Wheel Protector on the alloys, Intensive Cream Glass Polish on outside of all the glass, then park it up for a few pics.

2. Stevie70 - Black GT

Sunday 4th June - Autoglym foam, Meguiars clay bar, Poorboys Black Hole and then AG Super Resin to finish. My first attempt so not too shabby. Only shame is the stone chips on the front end and gravel rash on the rear arches.... always something to do!

All worthy entries but I'm voting for David P for services to the detailing thread and keeping that 147 spotless.

Thanks to all who voted, and I second KB in applauding David's efforts to drum up enthusiasm here and keep Blueee in tip-top condition.

Commiserations also to StevieP - almost did it!

To the spectators, you don't need to spend hundreds on cleaning products and spend 4 days doing it to enter. If you've washed your car, take a few snaps of it looking its best and throw your hat in the ring. It doesn't have to be an Alfa either.
