The drive differently too, mainly due to more torque and a flatter curve. More oomph lower down and plenty of power higher up 165bhp v 150bhp although early JTS's allegidly only had 140bhp).

The twinny is slightly revyier at the top end though and sounds a little bit different / better!

Try them back to back. I think I know what you'd choose ;)

Remember the pre Sept-2000 2.0TS was 155bhp.

Early JTS were apparently disappointing although I've not driven one.

Assuming "Alfapat" was talking about the 156 JTS then it is the same engine as the 2.0TS with just a different head with single spark and direct injection.
The 159JTS is a completely different engine.

yEAH 156 JTS GOT A MATE LOOKING AT THAT SORT OF AGE OF VEHICLE THERE`S A SORT OF CROSSOVER THEN SO, MANY CHANGES APPARENTLY.
