Quicky for anyone that knows bolts....

Does anyone know the thread size for the bolts that secure the top cover?

I manged to strip the thread on the top-left many months ago, so it just turns in the hole now..

Want to have a go at re-threading (a nice easy and non-vital place), not sure what size thread kit to get!

Yep, I know.. But I want it there!

and what better place to have your first go at re-threading? Would rather have a go at this bolt hole first time than trying to re-thread an EGR mounting bolt hole!

Its a 10mm head bolt so it should be an M6 thread repair kit that you need.

Cheers for the offer RC.. I've got absolutely nothing though, so might as well get the full kit (drill, tap, thread inserts etc..).. Not just a case of needing the inserts I'm afraid!

Gonna try one of the cheapo eBay specials... Not too expensive for a go
